We loved the quiet and convenient location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city center. The staff was super friendly and helpful, providing us with 2 free drink coupons for the restaurant and helping us hail taxis. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up, and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning.

Spent my Christmas holidays in an amazing hotel with artful cottage-like architecture. The breakfast was fresh and colorful, with friendly and cheerful staff. Enjoyed swimming in the underground pool with daylight, a relief from the smoggy city. Convenient access to metro and eateries.

The air-conditioning in the room was too hot and could not be turned down. I had to resort to switching it off, which made the room stuffy, as not many windows could be opened.

The hotel offered a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was elegantly furnished and the height of luxury one would expect in a top-notch hotel. The bathroom was particularly impressive, boasting a fully automatic electronically controlled system, a feature I had not seen in any other hotel. The hotel also offers free bicycles for rent, though the quality could be improved.

One downside of the hotel was the limited food options. The restaurant's menu was limited, and while the staff were extremely polite and attentive, the food itself was mediocre. Additionally, the lack of entertainment and relaxation facilities was disappointing. Nonetheless, the hotel is a great place to stay for those looking for something different and luxurious.

Although the service was exceptional, there was a minor issue with the restaurant as we had to wait a little longer than expected. However, the room advantages made up for it as we had a spacious and well-designed room with a comfortable bed.

The hotel's location is quite remote and not in close proximity to a Western clinic, making it difficult for those in need of medical attention. However, the hotel staff was accommodating in calling a cab and provided clear directions to the nearest Western clinic. The ambiance of the hotel, particularly in the restaurant, is dark and creates a moody atmosphere. the breakfast offered was satisfactory, and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The gym and pool were well-equipped.

The hotel lacked consistency when it came to service delivery.
